The perinatal period is the time from the start of pregnancy to one year postpartum. It is a time of significant physical, emotional, and interpersonal change for many parents and families.”

Perinatal Care

I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C). This means that in addition to being a Registered Psychotherapist, I have completed specialized training and assessment through Postpartum Support International to demonstrate that I have the skills needed to support individuals and families through the perinatal period, as well as provide care to people experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.

I can meet you wherever you are in your journey of fertility, pregnancy, and parenting. Our goals will be tailored to your needs. Whether it is creating a postpartum wellness plan that supports your whole family, addressing perinatal stress and mental health challenges, making sense of role and relationship changes, or navigating experiences of grief and loss.
